ECHA to co-host Technical Fuel & Additives Seminar
We are delighted to announce a special joint technical seminar alongside Aviation Fuel Projects Consulting GmbH.
This special Seminar is being organised and conducted by Dr. Dietmar Posselt of Aviation Fuel Projects Consulting GmbH, in cooperation with ECHA Microbiology Ltd, and is set to take place from Tuesday 29th October to Wednesday 30th October at Kloster Seeon (Seeon Abbey), in the rural district of Traunstein, Bavaria in Germany.
Attendance is recommended for anyone who wishes to gain an insight into the interesting and challenging aspects of microbiological contamination in fuels, and into the fascinating landscape of fuel additives as smart performance enhancers.
This unique one and a half day Seminar consists of a balanced portfolio of presentations, Q&A discussion and networking; addressing special topics covering:
- the basic principles of fuels microbiology
- problems caused by biocontamination in aviation, biodiesel and marine diesel fuels
- the main test methods to investigate microbiological contamination
- how to manage control, prevention and remediation
- the role of aviation and diesel additives for the manufacture of high-quality fuels
The Seminar location is in a modern conference centre in the historical and tranquil location of Kloster Seeon, with excellent links available to Munich Airport.
