If you are looking to place an order for any of our products, allow us to guide you through the purchasing options available to you.

 

First of all, we no longer facilitate online purchases directly through our website, but if you are looking to order any of our products after viewing them online, then you can use our Get a Quote feature and we will always come back to you with a formal quotation within 24 hours (for quotations requested during weekends or Bank Holidays we will respond on the next working day) . This will be delivered to you via e-mail, and any orders subsequently placed must then be done so either via e-mail or over the phone.

However, despite the fact we are no longer supporting online orders, we have still maintained our online payments facility, so if you would like to pay for your order online, you can still do so via our secure online payment gateway. In brief, once your order has been placed, a link to your Invoice will be provided to you via e-mail, and you will then have the option to make your payment online. We accept payments in GBP, EUR and USD, and the currency in which you are expected to pay will be clearly stated on your Invoice.

There are no geographical restrictions on who can place an order with us, although we do of course have several Authorized Distributors in place across the world who can take your order on our behalf. If your region is not currently covered by one of our Distributors, simply contact us to discuss supply, and if necessary we will be happy to supply you directly.

With regards to ordering any of our services, this can be done by simply getting in touch with us either via e-mail or phone, and the relevant member of our team will then personally guide you through the options available to you.
