The Award was presented in recognition of Graham’s many years’ service and active participation in the ASTM D02 Committee (relating to Petroleum Products, Liquid Fuels, and Lubricants).
Graham was presented with the Award by Randy Jennings, Chairman of the ASTM D02 Committee, during last week’s bi-annual gathering which was held in Boston, MA, USA.
