New Identity: ECHA Completes Corporate Re-Brand
Over the past few months, the company has been rigorously working on the rejuvenation of its corporate identity and branding, and I am delighted to say that this new branding has commenced its roll-out.
Historically, many have simply known ECHA as the Manufacturer of the industry-renowned MicrobMonitor2 product, but were not quite aware of the full range of products and services that the company has to offer. As a result, we took the decision to really explore our brand and the kind of “dual identity” that the company possessed through its association with the brand behind MicrobMonitor2.
The process began with an excellent Brand Workshop that every member of the ECHA Team was involved with, and this allowed us to get a much deeper understanding of what our company is all about. More importantly, it allowed us to gain a better understanding of how our customers perceived us in the marketplace, and using their vital feedback as well as our internal ideas, we developed what I believe to be a very strong brand.
As a result, we now have much better, clearer marketing materials and guidance documents for our customers to use, and through the launch of our new website we are confident that our all-round customer experience will be greatly enhanced.
So on behalf of the ECHA Team, please make the most of everything that our new website and documents have to offer, and rest assured that the same high quality of product and service will always remain.
