Supplier Compliance
It is ECHA policy to operate in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and legal regulations and to ensure that our business is conducted in a socially, ecologically and economically responsible manner.
ECHA expect no lesser standards from our suppliers and business partners than those we adhere to ourselves. Suppliers should comply with the principles set out in ECHA policies and where relevant, maintain similar standards and policies in order to remain on ECHA’s approved supplier list. ECHA will only purchase goods and or services from approved suppliers and reserves the right to cancel orders/contracts immediately, where a supplier is suspected of non-compliance with ECHA policies.
To continue to be an approved supplier to ECHA, you must confirm that you;
- accept ECHA Terms & Conditions for the procurement of Goods and/or services,
- are in agreement with upholding the principles set out in our policies,
- will strive to ensure that these principles are adhered to in your own supply chains.
