Sampling Devices
Our sampling devices are meticulously designed and manufactured from stainless steel or brass to the highest engineering standards here in the UK. The Sampling Devices are robust and trustworthy, providing an exceptionally long service life.
Tailored Design for Diverse Needs
There are four basic sampling devices in the range allowing users to efficiently draw samples from various locations, levels and systems.
- Bottom Sampler – with integrated sample chamber, has an extendable foot that activates a valve at the bottom of the sampler and can take samples from the bottom of the tank/system or up to 30 cm above the bottom of the tank/system.
- Any Level Sampler/Spot Samplers – with an integrated sample chamber, it has a valve at the top of the sampler which can be opened by the user at the depth within the tank from which a sample is required. The Sampler is about 30cms tall, so they cannot be used to sample below 30cms from tank/system bottom.
- Universal Sampler – with a integrated sample chamber, has both a bottom sampling valve and top sampling valve so it can be used for all sample types.
- Running Sampler – with either a sample cage design or with integrated sample chamber, this Sampler is designed to take running and spot samples. Available in various sizes and designs. The Sampler takes representative samples of the entire product/system column.
Most of our Samplers are available in Stainless steel or Brass and can be provided in a range of sizes.
