We’ve also listened to feedback from our end-users, particularly within the aviation industry, who have told us how important they consider the use of recycled materials.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that the tray for our 5-pack of MicrobMonitor2 microbiological test kits is now made from recycled plastic! The recycled material, which includes production scraps and previously used plastics, ensures that the new tray is manufactured from 94-98% recycled material and is fully recyclable.

We understand the importance of using less new plastic and reducing waste. That’s why we’ve revamped our packaging to use recycled materials, with a focus on recycled content wherever possible. This isn’t just about compliance – it’s about taking meaningful action.

Our commitment to environmental responsibility doesn’t stop there. ECHA Microbiology is dedicated to implementing a formal environmental accreditation (ISO 14001) as part of our business management system within the next two years. This accreditation will further solidify our commitment to sustainability and ensure that our environmental efforts are upheld to the highest standards.
